Everlast's Cardio Elite (kick) boxing gloves were specially developed for speed training and target control.
Thanks to the full wrist strap and open thumb design, the gloves offer a good fit and good fist positioning.
In addition, the glove features a double-layer foam combination for light protection.
This makes the glove suitable for heavy punching bags, but it is not recommended for sparring.

To determine the correct size/weight of your gloves, you can refer to the following table:
38 - 55 kg 10 oz
55 - 65 kg 12 oz
65 - 85 kg 14 oz
> 85 kg 16 oz
Competitions are usually fought with 10 oz gloves.
If you want to train harder and have more weight on your arms to practice holding up, choose a size larger/heavier.
